Our tapas are as diverse as the Spain regions. Each and every tapa is crafted with care.

 

Our tapas are traditional Spanish tapas, and their taste will transport you back to Spain. Tapas are meant to be shared! We have a minimum order of 6 per item.

 

All of our tapas can be prepared as single serve “finger food” as well. Please ask us for an estimate for your event.

Spanish Cheese

 

Two types of Spanish Cheese, from cured Manchego and demi-cure, to soft cheeses. If you like cheese you will love it!!

Pisto Manchego

 

This vegetable casserole, a sort-of pureed ratatouille, is served on its own or as a tapa. If you like vegetables like peppers, squash, eggplant, onions, garlic and tomatoes, try it!!

Pimientos de Piquillo Rellenos

(Stuffed Piquillo Peppers)

 

Piquillo peppers are a tasty kind of red peppers grown in Spain. They are fantastic! 

 

We stuff our piquillos either with beef or shrimp bechamel.

Pulpo a la gallega

 

Octopus prepared in the Galician style, cooked in its own juices with boiled potatoes, with coarse salt and Spanish paprika. We may prepare this tapa as shots with mashed potatoes instead of the traditional boiled potatoes. Everyone loves the novelty!

Tapa de Manchego

 

Tender Manchego cheese over caramelized onion on an artisan toast. A favorite! 

Tapa de Salmón
